Ingredients
- 18 oz bison steak
- 2 whole red pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 whole green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 8 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1/2 cup powdered Stevia
- 4 tbsp onion soup mix powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add peppers, onion, and steak, and pan fry for about 2 minutes per side. Transfer steak and vegetables to an oven-proof dish.
- Prepare teriyaki sauce by thoroughly mixing together ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, stevia, and onion soup mix.
