Ingredients

  • 18 oz bison steak
  • 2 whole red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 whole green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 8 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 8 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup powdered Stevia
  • 4 tbsp onion soup mix powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add peppers, onion, and steak, and pan fry for about 2 minutes per side. Transfer steak and vegetables to an oven-proof dish.
  • Prepare teriyaki sauce by thoroughly mixing together ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, stevia, and onion soup mix.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over steak and vegetables, and bake for 4-6 minutes, depending on how well done you like your steak.
