Quick & Easy Garlic Asparagus

Vegetables are great fillers in your diet, and this asparagus recipe is easy to make and tastes great. It requires very little prep work and when it’s served with a piece of lean meat, you have a fast and delicious meal that is lean and green.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunch's asparagus
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3 Tablespoons garlic, minced
  • Dash of salt and pepper
  • 4 teaspoons lemon juice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut off the tough ends of the asparagus. 
  • In a casserole dish, combine the asparagus, oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until tender. 
  • Remove from oven and mix in the lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
