Morris is a town which is located in Connecticut. Morris has abou 1,200 acres. it is not the biggest town but was began as a little village back in the 1700s. It was then organized in 1767 as the South Farms. the reason the name of this town is Morris is because of James Morris a Revolutionary War soldier.He opened an academy in town in the late 1700s. The ruins of the academy sit adjacent to the current James Morris Elementary school. A few good restaurants in morris are R-Place Family Restaurant, Corleone’s Italian Restaurant, and Ron’s Pork Shack. These restaursnts are all above 3.9 star restaurants and have some amazing food to try. If you live in Morris there are some gyms in the area, but not any in the town for personal training.
