Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 Tablespoon golden raisins
  • 2 Tablespoon date pieces, chopped
  • 2 Tablespoon pecan pieces, chopped
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • Drizzle of pure maple syrup

Instructions

  • Cook the quinoa in water according to the instructions on the package
  • Top cooked quinoa with raisins, date pieces, pecan pieces, cinnamon, nutmeg and a drizzle of maple syrup.
