3 lb bison, ground
1 1/2 cup plain instant oats
1 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
16 tbsp low-sugar ketchup
2 whole egg, beaten
2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
4 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp, ground black pepper
2 tbsp onion soup mix powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix lightly with your hands (get into it!) until all ingredients are well combined.
Place ingredients into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 50 minutes or until done to your taste.
