Flavorful Chicken Salad

This salad is the perfect pre or post workout meal. It has plenty of protein and fiber, vitamins, minerals and lots of delicious flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 2 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 mango, chopped
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped
  • 2 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2/3 cup green onions, chopped
  • 8 skinless chicken breast, baked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup low calorie mango dressing

Instructions

  • Chop all the ingredients.
  • Mix all of the salad in a large bowl. Toss with the dressing.
