Easy to Make Sweet & Smoky Chicken

This chicken has awesome flavor and is easy to make for a weeknight dinner. You can serve it with a leafy green salad and a side of asparagus or broccoli for the perfect healthy and balanced meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 bone-in, skin-on, organic chicken thighs 
  • 2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 packet Stevia
  • dash of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Place in a large Ziploc bag.
  • In a small bowl combine the remaining ingredients for a marinade. 
  • Add the mix to the Ziploc bag and toss until the chicken is fully coated.
  • Place the coated chicken thighs on a broiling pan. Bake for 40 minutes.
