Green smoothies consist of 3 basic ingredients: greens, fruit and water. They are an easy way to get in your servings of fruit and vegetables without much effort. These smoothies are also extremely versatile- you get to experiment with your favorite fruits and veggies for the best combo and are still reaping the benefits.

Ingredients

  • 2 bunch (2 cups) red dandelion greens (feel free to use spinach or any other dark greens)
  • 2 cup strawberries
  • 2 banana
  • 1-2 cups filtered water

Instructions

  • In a high speed blender mix the ingredients until smooth.
