Simple & Healthy Strawberry Ice Cream

During the warm summer months, few things compare to enjoying some ice cream. This recipe allows you to indulge without the sugar rush. The protein in non-fat Greek yogurt makes this treat a healthy choice that still gives you the cold and sweet taste you’re looking for. If needed, you can add Stevia in the raw for a little extra sweetness.

Ingredients

  • 40 organic strawberries
  • 4 cups non fat Greek yogurt
  • *Optional* 1/4 cup Stevia In The Raw

Instructions

  • Wash and hull the strawberries. Mix in a blender until smooth.
  • Add yogurt (and Stevia In The Raw, if using) and blend well.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker and run until yogurt is frozen and creamy.
