Our In Home or At Your Location training packages also allow us to train one person, partners or small groups at a location of your choice. Discounted rates may be applied for partners and small groups.

HOW WE SUPPORT YOU

At our consultation is when we become a team.  Yep!  Even before you sign up.  One thing to get out on the table is our consultation is NOT a sales call.  Although we will be presenting you with prices and a recommendation for frequency of training for you to achieve your goals – it is not a scripted call with a cheesy pitch at the end and a pressured “buy now” discount planned if you say no.  Our consult calls are genuinely meant to be a time for us to get to know you and you to get to know us.

When we go into a consultation – our number one goal is to learn how we can support you best.  What do you need to succeed in your health and fitness goals, and can we provide that?  We hope so, but if it is not a good fit, we’ll be honest and part ways.  During the consultation, our manager will ask you questions about:

  • Your current exercise habits
  • Your current nutrition habits
  • Any injuries or limitations (past or present)
  • Your current sleep habits
  • Your current hydration habits
  • Your day-to-day routine
  • Your stress levels
  • Your health – are you on medication for things you would like to get off of?
  • In addition to your past habits – these matter too!  Are there patterns to look at and be aware of?
  • & more.

If we decide to work together for CT in home personal training, once you are signed up and scheduled with your trainer, your first session will serve partly as an assessment so your trainer can create a program ongoing that will be safe and effective for you.  This assessment will allow them to see how you move naturally as a baseline and is normally based on the notes collected during consult.  Going forward, you will continue to see your trainer based on the frequency you have signed up for and the custom program they continue to build for you.  Trainers are there for you in person to correct your form, encourage and motivate, and really ensure you are safe doing the exercises correctly to avoid injury.  & They’re fun, so that’s a plus!

Nutrition guidance is included in your training as long as you are a paying training client.  There are different levels of support for this that again is custom to the client and will be discussed once you are signed up.  This guidance is done virtually with Hayley, our manager and is ongoing throughout your training with us.

Mindset Training is discussed as well. Our owner, Bill Yeager, is an international best-selling author for his book Unleash Your Internal Drive that outlines the simple steps for you to achieve the winning mindset for mental strength.  It’s all too common we receive inquiries and clients say they “need motivation.”  We are happy to provide that for you the best we can- but it is not sustainable to rely on an external source for motivation.  It must come from within.  This, along with so many other principles is what has been condensed down into a course for our clients to partake in to get the life they deserve.
