Ingredients
8 large eggs
1 1/2 cup egg whites
2 (15oz) can of pumpkin
2 cup almond meal
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
dash of nutmeg
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix all of the ingredients together.
Heat pancake griddle to medium heat and coat with cooking spray.
